She practices Addiction Medicine throughout the North Country of NY as a physician with Citizen Advocates. She has successfully authored and advanced multiple resolutions addressing access to medications for opioid use disorder, immunization policy, the influence of insurance on patient care, and others. Her advocacy work is integrated into resident education, community engagement, and policy initiatives at multiple levels. Dr. Mack strongly encourages physician representation in decision-making bodies, and recognizing Substance Use Disorders as chronic disease to reduce stigma and improve treatment availability to those that suffer.
