Bio
Daniel Farmer, DO is a graduate of WVSOM. He holds his BS and MS in Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University later completing residency in Internal Medicine. He became an internist and hospitalist at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital. While he enjoyed the complexity of illness within Hospital Medicine, his commitment to holistic care based on his osteopathic training sent him back to school for a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at WVU.
