Bio
Elizabeth Bowman is a board-certified family medicine and addiction medicine physician currently practicing at Missouri Highlands Health Care. Dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities, she brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to both primary care and addiction medicine. Her commitment to advancing quality, evidence-based care is reflected in her recent appointment to the Missouri Drug Utilization Review Board, where she contributes her clinical expertise to support safe and effective medication use across the state. Dr. Bowman also serves on the executive board of the Missouri Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, supporting the advancement of osteopathic family medicine and physician leadership. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She is especially proud to support her active child in soccer and competitive cheerleading, balancing a meaningful career with an engaged family life.
